The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome despite our lack of Spanish. The lady who greeted us also served our drinks and food, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The corner room we stayed in had a breathtaking view over the bay, which was a real treat. The restaurant served good food, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. If you're into karaoke and casinos, this hotel may not have specific facilities, but it still provides a fantastic stay.
We felt completely relaxed during our stay and have no complaints at all.
